nnpk Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the nnpk platform. Account registration, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and responsible gaming rules are discussed in detail here.

This page contains the complete terms of use for nnpk. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions & Introduction

In these terms, "nnpk", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to nnpk, which provides online betting and casino services through the website https://nnpk.lat. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

"Services" includes all online gaming, sports betting, live casino, slots, and all related activities provided through nnpk.

"Bet" means an instruction by a user to participate in a game or event with a specified amount of money. "Wagering Requirement" means the condition of completing a specified amount of bets before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

  • At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and all required information accurately.
  • If false or misleading information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
  • nnpk may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.2 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

4. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone and make a habit of logging out.

  • Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
  • nnpk will never ask for your password by email or chat.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

5. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Amounts below this will not be accepted.
  • Accepted payment methods on nnpk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladeshi scheduled banks).
  • You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited.
  • Once a deposit is successfully completed, the account balance is generally updated immediately.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • If unusual activity is suspected, nnpk reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal for a security review.
Please note: Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the relevant wagering requirements have been met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

nnpk's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the terms carefully before accepting a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

  • A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Another example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), applied to the bonus amount only.
  • Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before wagering is completed.
  • Certain games or bet types may contribute differently to wagering calculations — details will be noted on the promotions page.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

  • Each promotion must be used within a specified time limit.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically approved.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, nnpk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
  • nnpk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on nnpk are conducted on the basis of fair play. Sports betting, live casino, slots, and various card and table games are available on the platform.

7.1 Bet Cancellation & Changes

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or data feed issue, the full amount will be refunded.
  • nnpk reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

7.2 Games & Results

  • The outcome of all games is determined through random number generator (RNG) technology or via a live dealer.
  • In the event of a dispute over a game result, nnpk's logs and server data will be considered the final evidence.
  • If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the data stored on the server.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on nnpk:

  1. Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  2. Bonus fraud — using multiple accounts to circumvent or abuse the terms of any bonus offer.
  3. Playing games through any software, bot, script, or automated method.
  4. Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.
  5. Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
  6. Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
  7. Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If a prohibited activity is detected, nnpk may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

9. VIP Program

nnpk's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier based on regular and active play.

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, with additional benefits.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%, with priority support and special offers.

nnpk reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and benefits. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

10. Responsible Gaming

nnpk believes gaming is for entertainment — not a way to relieve financial pressure. We ask all users to play responsibly.

  • Never bet more than you can afford.
  • You can contact the support team to set deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion.

12. Disclaimer & Limitations

nnpk strives to maintain the quality of its services, but does not accept liability in the following situations:

  1. If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, or government restrictions.
  2. If gaming is interrupted due to the user's internet connection issues or device faults.
  3. If transactions are delayed due to delays by third-party payment providers or banks.
  4. If any loss occurs to the account as a result of the user sharing their own login credentials.

nnpk's total liability in any case will be limited to a maximum of the amount of the relevant transaction.

12.1 Service Schedule

nnpk works to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, brief interruptions may be required for maintenance or upgrades. Users will be notified in advance before significant maintenance.

13. Changes to Terms

nnpk reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

  • The date of the latest update will be noted on this page.
  • For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email.
  • Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.
  • If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
